  My wife and I were visiting Southern France and were seeking an inn in the Luberon area. This villa seemed nice ... and it was! The home is... read more expansive, with what appeared to be over a dozen rooms available. There is ample space to wander and relax outdoors, which includes a nice swimming pool and outdoor table. There is even a ping-pong table for guests to enjoy.

The hosts were fabulous. Giles is a gourmet chef, and his meals were the best we enjoyed in France. We are talking four-course meals here, with each course being fantastic. We had originally planned to only eat there the first night of our stay, but we enjoyed the meal so much we immediately made reservations for the next evening. All guests are seated at a long table and enjoy not only the meal, but Giles' explanation of the wine and food to be served. We even were treated to his son playing the accordion, which prompted a large group of French tourists to sing several songs! Delightful.

We did encounter one snafu. We had reserved our room nearly a year in advance, but upon arriving were told that there had been a plumbing problem so we were put into a very small, cramped room. We were moved to a larger, MUCH nicer room the following evening, but it was disappointing that our first night was in such a cramped room.

The villa is located very close to many wonderful towns, including Gordes and Roussillon. Giles and Isabelle are wonderful hosts.

We had superb breakfasts & dinners there each morning & night and wished it had been for longer. Our luck, Giles is a chef and regaled us with traditional Provençal cuisine, while introducing a new wine each evening. We felt like part of a huge family sharing meals each day for breakfast and dinner. A truly lovely festive time meeting new people from all over France and Europe
Rooms are very comfortable with modern plumbing; Rates are unbeatable all the more especially for Provence
